Marbella is the european Florida as the sun shines 300 days a year. Marbella is protected on its northern side by mountains so enjoys a microclimate with an average annual temperature of 18 °C.
Let´s get back to the glamouroust years of Marbella...
After the Second World War, Marbella was a small jasmine-lined village with only 900 inhabitants. Ricardo Soriano, Marquis of Ivanrey, moved to Marbella and popularised it among his rich and famous friends. In 1943 he acquired a country estate located between Marbella and San Pedro called El Rodeo, and later built a resort there called Venta y Albergues El Rodeo, beginning the development of tourism in Marbella. Soriano's nephew, Prince Alfonso of Hohenlohe-Langenburg, descendant of a high-ranking aristocratic family acquired another estate, Finca Santa Margarita. In 1954 he opened it as the Marbella Club, an international resort aimed at movie stars, business executives and the nobility. Both these resorts would be frequented by members of European aristocratic families with famous names.
In 1966, Prince Alfonso, with the assistance of the Banus family, started the development of the high-end tourist resort Puerto Banus.
Marbella has been part of the tabloids thanks to visitors like Aristoteles Onassis, Guy de Rothschild, Artur Rubinstein, Audrey Hepburn, Sean Connery, Gina Lollobrigida, Gunter Sachs, Brigitte Bardot, Richard Burton, Omar Sharif, Edward Kennedy, Gunilla von Bismarck and King Fahd of Saudi Arabia.

Both bedrooms, "Botanic-Dreams" and "Botanic-Lullaby", are distinguished by their high-quality and modern design. Each of them have an en-suite bathroom.
The studio-living is divided in you areas: living and dining room. The botanic details present in the whole room connect the exterior and the interior spaces. The furnishing elements and the entertainment package stands out for its style and high quality.
Furthermore there is a pool located in the common areas of the complex.
The best beaches of Marbella, the old town, the legendary Marbella Club Hotel, as well as Puerto Banus are only few minutes away by car. The central location of Botanic-Home is perfect to reach all the amenities Marbella has to offer.
My wife and I live in Munich. Rosa is from Madrid and I am from Munich. She knows Marbella very well as she spent every summer holiday here since she was a child. I am a fan of this wonderful place since 2008, the year I met her. Botanic Home is a dream come true. We spent many hours working on this project. I still remember the weekend scapes trying to work as fast as we could to get the renewal finished as soon as possible. It was not easy living 3000 km apart, but after 4 intense months the result was what we dreamt about.
Our priority is to make our guests feel like home. We are 24/7 available for them.
